Deliveries and Returns  

DELIVERIES

We ship throughout Europe. Our average shipping time is 2 to 5 business days.
When you are checking out in the shopping cart, you will be shown: shipping areas and available delivery methods, as well as delivery times and costs.

For home deliveries you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse).
You may be contacted by the carrier, by SMS or email, to be informed of the delivery of the order.

Returns

You have 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to make the return.
Returns must be requested via the website, in its reserved area, or use the link you received when placing the order.
Returns will only be made on items that are in the exact condition in which they were received, unused and with original packaging and labels. Any item returned without prior registration will not be accepted for exchange.
Delivery of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return refund will be issued after product verification. If it is in compliance, a notification will be issued and the refund will be made automatically, using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
